		<description>Nice chart but this chart isn&#039;t definitive.  I recently found a Domain with PR5 which had a page with PR 4 give out links to a bunch of pages with no backlinks other than this one from a PR 4 page.  Yet all the sites receiving gained a PR 3.</description>
